Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that anyone using your workspace has appropriate authorization.

You must not use TheAutoReach for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Third-Party Accounts and Integrations

TikTok

If you connect TikTok to TheAutoReach, your use of the TikTok integration is subject to TikTok’s applicable Terms of Service, Developer Terms, policies, and platform requirements.

TheAutoReach uses TikTok’s authorized developer services and APIs only for features supported and permitted by TikTok.

TikTok may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its APIs or services. Such changes may affect the availability of TikTok-related features in TheAutoReach.

TheAutoReach is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok unless expressly stated.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish through TheAutoReach.

You grant TheAutoReach the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, schedule, and publish your content in order to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish your content.

You must not publish content that violates applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the policies of connected platforms.

Publishing and Scheduling

TheAutoReach allows you to schedule and publish content to supported platforms.

We cannot guarantee that every scheduled post will be published successfully or at an exact time because publishing may depend on third-party APIs, account permissions, platform restrictions, outages, rate limits, or other circumstances outside our control.
