How TheAutoReach collects, uses, and protects information when you use our social publishing platform.
TheAutoReach (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a social publishing platform for teams and organizations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.
By using TheAutoReach, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
If you sign in with Google or authorize TheAutoReach to access Google APIs, we receive the Google account information and API data that you grant on Google’s OAuth consent screen. TheAutoReach uses that Google user data only to authenticate you and to provide the TheAutoReach features you enable — for example signing in to your workspace and connecting publishing destinations you choose.
TheAutoReach does not sell Google user data. TheAutoReach does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or credit decisions. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to operate TheAutoReach (such as infrastructure providers under confidentiality obligations) or as required by law.
You can revoke TheAutoReach’s access to your Google Account at any time in your Google Account permissions (Google Account → Security → Third-party access). After access is revoked, TheAutoReach will no longer be able to use that Google account to sign you in or to perform authorized actions.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the platform.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve TheAutoReach, including to authenticate users, enforce permissions, deliver notifications, and support collaboration within your organization.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the circumstances described below.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When you delete content or close an account, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or legitimate business needs such as security auditing.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls, permission checks, and secure authentication practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing.
You can update profile details in your account settings, manage notification preferences where available, and contact us to exercise privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
TheAutoReach is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of TheAutoReach after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
